About All Plant Engineering

Industrial electrical and automation engineering since 2008. One team, one roof, one point of responsibility, from design to commissioning.

Our Story

All Plant Engineering was established in January 2008, operating out of Unit 35 70 Holbeche Rd, Arndell Park, 2148 NSW in western Sydney. From day one, the focus was concrete batching plant electrical work, the kind where the contractor needs to understand batching sequences, mix designs, and moisture correction logic, not just cable schedules.

Concrete batching plants require a specific combination of expertise: electrical installation, PLC programming, batch control software, and weighing system calibration all need to work together. An electrician who doesn't understand the batching sequence cannot commission the plant. A software integrator who hasn't stood next to a weigh hopper at 5am troubleshooting a zero-drift fault cannot diagnose it remotely. All Plant Engineering was built around having all of that capability in one team.

Over time, that same approach extended into broader industrial electrical and automation work (quarrying, recycling, manufacturing, water treatment) while maintaining concrete batching as a core specialism. Today All Plant Engineering services clients nationally and internationally, working on projects from single-plant upgrades to multi-site control system rollouts.

The growth followed the work. Clients who trusted All Plant Engineering on a batching plant brought us onto other projects. The referral pattern reflects a simple fact: when an organisation controls the full engineering chain in-house, delivers quality documentation, and stands behind the work from design through commissioning, clients notice.

What Sets All Plant Engineering Apart

In an industry where most contractors subcontract at least one link in the chain, All Plant Engineering keeps every step in-house.

Complete In-House Engineering

From initial drawings to final handover, every step under one roof.

01
Electrical Design

Electrical schematics, layouts, cable schedules, I/O lists

02
Panel Manufacture

In-house workshop, not subcontracted

03
Site Wiring

Cable installation and termination

04
Installation

Mechanical and electrical plant fit-out

05
Commissioning

Testing, tuning, handover

Most industrial electrical contractors handle two or three of these steps and subcontract the rest. All Plant Engineering carries the full chain under one roof: one point of responsibility, one consistent documentation set, and no gaps between design intent and what gets built on site.

Our Team

All Plant Engineering's team of engineers and electricians brings decades of combined experience across industrial electrical, automation, and concrete batching plant systems. From licensed electricians on the tools to engineers producing electrical designs and programming PLCs, the capability to deliver the full chain sits within one organisation.

Based in Sydney, All Plant Engineering services clients nationally and internationally.
