What Archer Does
Archer is the central control point for concrete batching operations. It manages material weighing, batching sequences, and mix recipe management, coordinating every step from raw material through to loaded truck.
The system handles everything from single-truck loads at a small plant to high-volume, multi-plant operations running hundreds of loads per day. Mix designs, aggregate moisture corrections, water additions, admixture dosing, and batching sequences are all managed through a single interface. Archer keeps the plant running to specification, batch after batch.
For plant operators, Archer provides a clear view of every batch in progress: target weights, actual weights, tolerances, and sequence status. For management, it provides the production data and traceability that quality assurance and compliance require.
